strength building diet

hey gyus, I'd say I'm not a novice lifter since I've been doing it for about 4 years, but i'm certainly no expert, which is why I'm asking this question that sounds really novice... I've never done a strictly strength building phase but that's what I'm starting on now. as for calorie count, what is recommended? I'm not looking to build mass at all but a little fat gain is fine by me... should I eat like a horse like I'm trying to build mass, or just stay at/slightly above my BMR? whatchya think?

eat like a horse. the strength training routines ive been on are pretty taxing and youll need your cals to maintain test levels, rebuild muscle and avoid overtraining.
