Anyone familiar with these? I found some today and picked them up, it claims 8 grams protein and 31 grams of carbs, 21of them being fiber! is this some sort of labeling trick, like the way labels say no trans fat but really contain small amounts?

I like the smaller ones.. the whole wheat carb balance ones.

they're pretty legit and delicious imo.

I get the small ones as well. They are 12g carbs, 7g of fiber.

yeah, i think i got the same thing, just the bigger version. tasted it and it went well, I like this stuff a lot
