whats the best way to go about finding a local nutritionist? im in need of setting up a carb cycling diet for MY body but need to set meal plan to stick to.

any good websites?
 
Theres tons of information online about carb cycling diets (just need to be sure its from accurate sources). It would be much more cost effective to read up on the subject and se tit up yourself (and also great for long term use).

If you don't want to do that just check out the yellow pages and find local nutritionists. When you meet them ask them questions and feel them out to see if they are on the up and up.
