ok the problem is, I have this little red bump right in the crease of my armpit, right inbetween the right pec and underneath my shoulder, the thing is when i press it it feels like a bruise could this be a swollen lymph node?? i did have a hardcore shoulder workout the other day, any ideas here is a pic
