I'm doing a low-carb diet and eat a lotta salads, i've heard theres numerous benefits to apple cider vinegar and this seems like it could be alright. But honestly hear taste is everything or else I'll just use my olive oil and red wine vinegar as dressing.

anyone try this thought? whats the feedback on the taste because the ingredients look solid but if its gross I probably wont be using it.
