Sleep Issues/Day Lag?

  1. Question Sleep Issues/Day Lag?


    Well now it's been like 3 years... And i still have this same god damn problem. I train like an animal, i eat very healthy and very lean (usually very strict diet), havent drank in quite a while, and do regular excercises for cardio.

    Now I take a multi vitamin, fish oils, & sometimes melatonin to sleep but i've tried to avoid it because it doesnt help.

    Now the problem is that no matter how much i sleep this being... 6 hrs... this day being 8 hrs... this day being 10 hrs... i get to class or i get to work... and I FEEEL EXHAUSTED.

    Workout Routine is a 1 on 2 off Endurance training High Reps -High sets. Just got off a 1 On 3 off Bulking Training Lower Reps - Medium Sets.

    I run eat and sleep and do everything i've ever been told.... But even now.. Atm I'm like 1/2 awake, but i did get to take a mid day nap... even thou ive been up for like only 3 hrs.

    Also i do not have this problem after about 4 o clock..
    It's usually just 8oclock-2pm... 4/5 o clock lifting regimes are off the chain and people think i'm nuts.

    Anything would be greatly appreciated.... Or should i just see a doctor?


  2. Adrenal fatigue? Maybe you have a strange body rhythm, my girlfriend seems to be a bit nocturnal as well.

  3. Sleep apnea may be the problem. I would schedule a sleep study. Modafinal may help in the meantime.

  6. I actually was beginning to think there was something really wrong with me because i dont see others the same way. Well atleast now i know how i change this thanks pimpin

    And the main crucial nutrient is Magnesium. Which is only 25mg in my Multi>>> 6% of your daily value... Thus I might be lacking lol.

  7. welcome man, I think there are many people out there suffering from adrenal fatigue, especially with how much caffeine is in a "normal" diet these days.

  8. Ya i mean i dont believe people need to induce themselves with the amount of caffiene that people do.... Because if you eat correctly you do not have to worry about that... but the only thing is alot of stuff now a days is so screwed up, That you're not actually getting what you think you are... Thus leads to wonderful defiencies :-x

    You don't want to give a stim to someone with adrenal fatigue. That drug is for chronic fatigue, and work sleep differential.

  13. Ya i bought Magnesium and Vit. B Complex, Which should help improve the situation... And zeroing out caffiene from my diet doesnt seem to help the situation, if any... because the fact that when i was on lipo-6 i actually felt back to normal.

  14. Yeah, and if that doesn't help, go to the doctor... Maybe have blood taken to test to see if everything is going alright...

  15. Well i started the Mag + BComplex treatment, Feel AMAZING And upped the Fish Oils to 8-10g a day which is a big improvement in my mental functions, So i'm finally normal
