Well now it's been like 3 years... And i still have this same god damn problem. I train like an animal, i eat very healthy and very lean (usually very strict diet), havent drank in quite a while, and do regular excercises for cardio.
Now I take a multi vitamin, fish oils, & sometimes melatonin to sleep but i've tried to avoid it because it doesnt help.
Now the problem is that no matter how much i sleep this being... 6 hrs... this day being 8 hrs... this day being 10 hrs... i get to class or i get to work... and I FEEEL EXHAUSTED.
Workout Routine is a 1 on 2 off Endurance training High Reps -High sets. Just got off a 1 On 3 off Bulking Training Lower Reps - Medium Sets.
I run eat and sleep and do everything i've ever been told.... But even now.. Atm I'm like 1/2 awake, but i did get to take a mid day nap... even thou ive been up for like only 3 hrs.
Also i do not have this problem after about 4 o clock..
It's usually just 8oclock-2pm... 4/5 o clock lifting regimes are off the chain and people think i'm nuts.
Anything would be greatly appreciated.... Or should i just see a doctor? :dance:
