During what times of the day is cortisol most elevated?
Or after what kinds of activity does cortisol increase?

6-8am is the highest level during the day. Unless you've worked the 3rd shift for a really long time...in which case your body can reverse it's rythym's and it might be your normal time of waking at night...maybe 4pm-6pm or so.
