hello everyone.....i am on a diet very low in carbs in others words fat loss diet im extreamely sensitive to carbs so i have to go well below the average when im doing a fat loss diet....well since i started my diet i noticed i sweat like crazy even when i am driving i lived in florida maybe its the weather but still its too much sweating i was thinking why?........my diet is high in protein and high in good fats.....
1)does the fat compsumtion has to do with the sweating problem?
2) what does the sweat contains am i burning muscle or its fat o water loss?
