Whey + Casein Postworkout

    Whey + Casein Postworkout

    I guess there is a new study saying that these two together postworkout creates more protein synthesis than just whey alone.

    What type of Casein do you use? Hydrolyzed Casein, Calcium Caseinate, Micellar Casein? Has anyone tried this yet?

    I use ON Casein (Micellar Casein, Calcium Caseinate) although I usually use it pre-bed. Post-WO I either just use whey if I'm in a hurry or a very low-fat high carb +pro meal.

    I know Alan Aragon posted a study about milk post-WO, which contains large casein fractions. Do you have a link to this new study?
