    Cut my finger pretty bad

Work part time in a resto... cut my finger really bad today, bit of a finger nail and skin. I don't care about that, I'm just concerned how I will train Tuesday so right now I figure glutamine, vitamin c and protein to speed up recovery, any suggestions? Thanks
