Pork

  1. Pork


    Does anyone have any insight into pork as a source of quality protein? I can get some lean chops for dirt cheap and was just curious as to how it stacks up to chicken, beef and what not? Thanks.


  2. I eat it, but usually cut the fat stuff off the sides. My mom makes pulled pork, where you put it in the Crock-Pot and cook it so it gets real tender and shredded like. Good shyt.

  3. its higher in the fat content than the other main meats, no matter the cut.

  4. It is higher in fat, so go for a lean loin in the am and a wetter cut at night. we put betsy down. and got some good lions. 10 pounds nuatral bulk.
