    Pork

Does anyone have any insight into pork as a source of quality protein? I can get some lean chops for dirt cheap and was just curious as to how it stacks up to chicken, beef and what not? Thanks.

I eat it, but usually cut the fat stuff off the sides. My mom makes pulled pork, where you put it in the Crock-Pot and cook it so it gets real tender and shredded like. Good shyt.
    Sorry no othe info...

It is higher in fat, so go for a lean loin in the am and a wetter cut at night. we put betsy down. and got some good lions. 10 pounds nuatral bulk.
