| Registered User | Pork Does anyone have any insight into pork as a source of quality protein? I can get some lean chops for dirt cheap and was just curious as to how it stacks up to chicken, beef and what not? Thanks. |

| Registered User | I eat it, but usually cut the fat stuff off the sides. My mom makes pulled pork, where you put it in the Crock-Pot and cook it so it gets real tender and shredded like. Good shyt.
