Overall your plan of attack looks good, but don't know what your weight/height or BMR is so I can't tell if 2916 calories is below maintenance or not. Also, I'd replace the banana with an apple (lower GI fruit)

Overall looks solid. However why no protein source with the banana and nut meals?

First like said earlier it would be nice if your height and weight were given as i am not sure if this will be a substantial caloric deficit. I also second the notion of having some protein with the banana and nut meals. I personally also feel the amount of cardio is excessive.

I'm 6' 2 around 172 now, I thought people could see it next to my avatar.... anyways..

The 2 hour cardio sessions are full court games of competitive basketball at my gym on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays. The one hour sessions are mainly some jogging with sprints and a little on the bike. I try and work in HIIT once a week.

As for the snacks, what is a good protein snack food? I figured the nuts I eat (mostly peanuts) were an O.K. source, but I admit I have trouble picking good snack meals.

Thanks again.
