For sheer mass gains it sounds like low fish oil intake and high inflammatory oil intake seems best.

However I'm not about to abstain from fish oil, so my question is how long until the fish oil is "out of your system" to maximize muscle gain?

I've read that the half-life can be 1.5 to almost 3 days, but I know HL depends on dose.

Any ideas how long it takes for high doses for it to get out of the system enough for stuff like X-Factor to work optimally?
