Calculating Daily Caloric Intake & Bodybuilding

I was wondering how you guys calculate your daily caloric requirements. I am interested in fine tuning my diet quite a bit, and wondering what methods YOU use to figure out your total caloric intake for the day.

be sure to post your weight and any other INPUT variable in your calculation.

**obviously daily changes in activity will put us over or under "one set caloric intake number" but without a basis of consistency, significant process seems impossible. Especially when trying to break that 10% bf mark...

Do a google search. I know Bodybulding.com has a few articles that have the calculator in them. Great tool to get an idea as to where you need to be caloric intake wise...

Best one I think is John Berardi's http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/...sseating_1.htm . It's quite thorough.

This assumes that everyone has the same BMR.

Everyone has a different BMR.
