hey guys im looking to start a diet on high calories & protein.
im gonna start taking Flaxseed, & fishoil what else would you suggest i take?


Breakfast- banana & oatmeal
lunch- Tuna or chicken, veggies
dinner- veggies, wheat bread, meat ( steak, fish, chicken)

also mixing in snacks of carrots & pretzels

what do yall think? any advice you would give me? just trying to stay healthy and optimize my growth!
