i stumbled across a product called 'soy crunch'..
Its nutritional content is something like the following:
per 100g
375 cals, 50P/30C/2F
i have read that not all protein is equal. ie some people dont include the protein from oats when calculating their daily protein requirements...
so im just wandernig... is protein from soy as good as say protein from chicken/meat/fish/cottage cheese?
