    LBM diet any suggestions


    after my cut which ends in 5 wks " march 3" i am going to recomp which i would like to gain 8lbs of muscle by June 1, any suggestion about this diet, most carbs are from fruit , i drink around 1 gallon to 1.5 gallons of water a day

    6:00- 1 scoop of nitro tech hardcore with 12oz 2% milk
    167Cal 3Fat 5Carb 30Pro
    9:00- 3 servings of tuna salad " 1cup celegry"
    220Cal 8Fat 5Carb 42Pro
    11:00- 6oz chicken breast,2cupssalad and fruit, whole grain oats
    492Cal 8Fat 55Carb 50Pro
    2:00- 3 servings of tuna with an granola bar
    380Cal 8Fat 35Carb 42Pro
    Postworkout- mhp up your mass with milk
    551Cal 11Fat 58Carb 55Pro
    Diner- 2 salmon patties, 2 cups fruit and salad,
    325Cal 5Fat 30Carb 40Pro

    1040 Pro Cal 48%

    Age and weight? It may just be me talking but that seems a little low for recomp...

    im 16, 6'2 and 212 right now hopefully at the end of my cut i be around 190
    i am very sensitive to carbs they make me gain weight easily

    the cal might be low but i have really good genetics one of my grandfathers was a bodybuilder and the other played semi pro football so gaining muscle isnt difficult i can get pretty pumped in 8wks
    cutting is extremely hard for me

    i want to be a 6'2 198lbs 8%BF

    That seems like it is too few kcals. I would add somewhere between 300-400 to your current total.

    I found that I had the most drastic weightloss by eating abt 200 or so over maintenance, 6 to 7 meals a day. That way my body wasn't holding on to every scrap of macros it took in.
