I have been burnt out the last couple days and not following my diet exactly. I have stopped counting the last two days. I just feel so damn tired all the time. I was doing cardio at 2 hours a day morning and night. Today I couldn't even get myself to do my morning cardio and now that it is night time I just feel like sleeping. I have been wrapped up in other things also. Instead of "one of those days", it has been, "one of those weeks". Dang I feel so burnt out....
