| Registered User | Just trying to get good diet going OK so far this is what my little head has gotten to find out High protein, high fat & low carb from Monday to Friday. High carbs, low protein & low fat on weekends. The absence of carbs through out the week makes ur body use the saved fats for energy Okay now i need to know 1 if thats good^^^^ and for someone to tell me exactly what foods i should be eating for these catagories. (like what you would usaully eat to maintain bf% and be able to build.) -Lots of ****ING PROTEIN. WHEY,with tbsp of olive oil, cup of oats -Good foods listed, Hard boiled eggs, lots of chicken w/ no skin, steak, potatoes (red meats), white meat, turkey -In protein shakes put, tbsp of olive oil (for calories), cup of oats(protein) -Get more sleep. Sleep = repairing of muscles, energy etc. TTRYPTOPHAN! 5htp muscle repairs and aids with sleep -Mucho veggies, salad What else do i need that i am missing? |
