Just trying to get good diet going

    Just trying to get good diet going


    OK so far this is what my little head has gotten to find out

    High protein, high fat & low carb from Monday to Friday.
    High carbs, low protein & low fat on weekends.

    The absence of carbs through out the week makes ur body use the saved fats for energy

    Okay now i need to know 1 if thats good^^^^ and for someone to tell me exactly what foods i should be eating for these catagories. (like what you would usaully eat to maintain bf% and be able to build.)

    -Lots of ****ING PROTEIN. WHEY,with tbsp of olive oil, cup of oats


    -Good foods listed, Hard boiled eggs, lots of chicken w/ no skin, steak, potatoes
    (red meats), white meat, turkey

    -In protein shakes put, tbsp of olive oil (for calories), cup of oats(protein)

    -Get more sleep. Sleep = repairing of muscles, energy etc. TTRYPTOPHAN!
    5htp muscle repairs and aids with sleep

    -Mucho veggies, salad


    What else do i need that i am missing?

    What you are describing is a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet (CKD). All the info from calculating what to have on carb up days to acceptable food should all be listed there.
