| Registered User | My new diet for the Test-E Cycle.. Hey there! I'm cycling Test-E @ 500mg a week for 12 weeks. My stats are 190lbs at 6 foot. I'm looking to gain by clean bulking and gaining a good 20+ lbs on this cycle. I have school so it's hard. I am adding 100 calories each week! Anyways, what do you think : Meal 1 - Breakfast: polish sausage, 2 pieces brown bread. 1 oat bar, 1 orange, 2 cups milk Meal 2 - Snack: 40g protein shake Meal 3 - Lunch: 2 sandwiches (brown bread, mortadella, salami, lettuce), 2 cups milk Meal 4 – Pre Workout: 8oz of any meat (steak, chicken, meat balls, etc), 1 cups brown rice or 2 baked potatoes, 2 cups milk Meal 5 – Post Workout: 8oz of any meat (steak, chicken, meat balls, etc), 1 cups brown rice or 2 baked potatoes…that is 1 hour after my 40g protein shake right after the gym Meal 6 – 40g protein shake in milk or 2 cups milk, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup trailmix |
