Ok, so besides oats and brown rice, what are some other good complex carbs you guys eat?
Butternut squash (roasted or made into sweet fries), Pea soup and butternut squash soup, and of course bean salads
Whole Wheat Pasta and Whole Wheat Bread are other good options.
Yogurt, low fat

Sprouted grain bread. Very low GI.
combine brocolli or a green with everymeal along with some sort of fats from flax, olive oil,almonds or avacado... thiswill lower the gi on the meal a LOT
Sweet Potatoes with little sugar free syrup. I eat two of them everyday.
APPLES and STRAWBERRIES
Quinoa is the ****ing bomb dot com.
High in prots and yummy as hell.
I am a quinoa fan as well. very filling
