Some good ideas.. THANKS! Is there a reason ppl are eating unsalted nuts? - I run a lot, I have to force myself to eat salted foods to offset any electrolyte deficiency.. otherwise my muscles cramp beyond belief.

Went through a peanut eating phase. Not so much now.
But my real favourite is the FAT i burn off my belleh..
Almond butter. Love it on wheat bread with a little honey. I cook with olive oil and grapeseed oil.
bacon...mmm. PB for the more healthy one. I also like the garlic wok oils to cook veggies in.
if we're talking for health benefits...olive oil has responded really well with my body..when combined with a CLA regimen as well.
fatty food in general...cheese is awesome...and any red meats...mmmm
