    Some good ideas.. THANKS! Is there a reason ppl are eating unsalted nuts? - I run a lot, I have to force myself to eat salted foods to offset any electrolyte deficiency.. otherwise my muscles cramp beyond belief.

    Almond butter. Love it on wheat bread with a little honey. I cook with olive oil and grapeseed oil.

    Sometimes I get salted. Honestly, if you look at the sodium content in an ounce of salted peanuts...it really isnt that much.

    if we're talking for health benefits...olive oil has responded really well with my body..when combined with a CLA regimen as well.

    fatty food in general...cheese is awesome...and any red meats...mmmm

    I like EVOO b/c it is easy, relatively tasteless, and cheap. I've never been one to have cravings or really like to eat food that much, so the easier the better for me.
