Yeah, im gonna try to stay below 11% from now on. I realized that i feel much better about myself when im lean, not a bloated 15% mofo. I dont plan on compeating for around 5 more years so i just decided to stay lean so i always look good, instead of only looking good at the end of my 1 cut a year.

What do you think is a realistic bf% to stay lean at while putting on around 1-2 lbs a month on? Im naturally around 12% but i would like to stay 10-11% all year from now on.

10-11% is plenty good to sit on IMHO

Lean Muscle Gains is the way to go :thumbsup:

Yeah, i tried to do it this summer but i kept getting pissed that i wasnt gaining weight even tho i was probably dropping a little fat and gaining a little muscle cause all my lifts were gong up.

Im only gonna weigh myself 1x a month now.

and base my gains on my streangth increases
