any suggestions on my cutting diet
height- 6"1
weight- 210LBS
BF- 17%BF 36Inch waist
Age- 16
lifting exp- 2yrs started frosh year for football
Goal: 6'1 192LBS 8%BF by April 1
Supps: IGF-2, DCP, RPM, ICE "BCAA"
Rountine: 3 days a week of lifting 6-8 reps, 6 days a week of HITT and also be starting krav magna an MMA in jan 4 times a week
why: i gotta cut 25lbs and gain around 8pounds of muscle for baseball and also trying to become a fashion model to help pay for college and get waist size down to 30"
Workout Days "days varies with work and school but 3 days a week with 30min HITT"

your calories are way to low. I would bump them up by atleast 1000, especially with your activity level.
by HITT do you mean HIIT?
