    lets here em.. I just got my cee,dextrose and glue.. Im lookin for the best dosage and time to take them for a bulk..


    post-5g cee, dex, 2-3g glue, weigh gainer shake


  2. Pre- 2 Drinks, Whey, then Trac extreme-NO and Endorush

    Post- 50g high glycemic carbs, 50g protein, BCAA's, 5g Glutamine,

  3. pre- large coffee,and a diet mountain dew

    post-quart skim milk(from the grocery store next to my gym)
