    Need help constructing a new diet for my cycle...


    Within the following weeks, I will be stocking up on what I need for my very first cycle.

    My stack is still under review with a couple other members of AM, but I've almost decided what exactly will be be in my stack. Once I figure everything out, I'll be sure to post my stack in this thread.

    Until then, I'd like to reconstruct my diet for the cycle. The purpose of the cycle is to lose body fat, meanwhile packing on mass.

    I guess my first questions are;

    What should I eat a lot of?

    What should I eat some of?

    What should I eat very little of?

    And, last but not least,

    What should I absolutely, positively stay away from?

    high protein coming from lean sources - i.e. chicken breast, very lean beef, turkey, etc. a blend of starchy and fibrous carbohydrates - oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat breads/ pasta. fibrous carbs like broccoli and veggies are also a great addition, especially toward the end of the day closer to bed. also, add healthy fats such as those from EVOO, peanut oil, other nuts, fish, etc.

    nobody can tell you what to eat and what not to eat. what may work diet-wise for someone else may not work very well for you. it all depends upon your own body, your stats, bf%, goals, etc.
    there are also certain points in the day where you might favor certain food groups over others (i.e. later at nighst, replace starchy carbs with fats and eat more fibrous carbs). you have to experiment with what works for you.

    well im sure you know this, but sodas, chips, crackers, cookies, sugar-filled juices, usually arent the best to eat. Your not gonna gain much if these are eaten daily. Follow what beebab said. He made great points.
