im trying to cut up so would this go anyway about it:
breakfast: MET RX supreme whey
Dinner: Tin of Tuna
Post workout: MET RX supreme Whey
Tea: Whateva put in front of me! low carbs high protein and veg
Snack later on
Any feedback please Guys

Help if you posted Macros and Cals. Plus some personal stats, and maybe what your diet was like before this.

Looking at what you have listed. Looks pretty poor.

Lacking in Fats, decent Carb Choices, and total Calories from what I can assume would be ridiculously low.

I've had great sucess by cycling carbs during a cut. The more low carb days you have, the leaner you'll get. This is how to prepare for a contest. If you deplete your body of glycogen, fat goes with it. However, you can't go straight low carb all week, or you'll start losing serious mass. You need a high carb day in there to bring everything back up. So I do a high carb day ~600g, 2-3 moderate carb days~300g, and the remaining days low carb< 50g. Also, it helps to be on cycle during this time to limit amount of mass loss. But you need to do some research before you implement anything like this, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who is not totally serious and dedicated to bodybuilding.~LilPsych
