| Appnut at large Board Sponsor | BCAAs/Glutamine on a CKD/TKD I'm trying to follow a string TKD (CKD for now since i'm still in induction) and was wondering about opinions on whether BCAAs + Glutamine counted as protein towards the numbers. At no more than .9g/lb of body weight, i'm taking in way less protein than i usually would, but 50g between BCAA + glutamine makes an even bigger difference. I shouldn't go significantly over 187g protein or it may take me out of ketosis.... Any input would be greatly appreciated. I found my answer, yes they are protein, so 4 cal for every gram of BCAA or Glutamine To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 0 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
