| Registered User | Calories On A Off Week? So I've been training consistently for 20+ weeks without a week off. So this week I will let my body rest a bit (might do a low intensity cardio if I become ansy). What do you think I should do with my calories? I usually eat about 3200 calories on a off day. Should I stay there this week or drop a bit to maybe 3000 since my calorie expenditure is not as high this week? |
