Fiber Question

Hey everyone...

I, like most on this website, and working out and eating pretty clean. I don't think i am getting quite enough fiber though....

I have read we need around 30 grams a day..... Does this need to be increased due to the very high protein consumption?

If so.. about how much?

No, but your water intake should be.
