currently I weight about 165 @ 8.7% BF
I do intense weight training 5-6 days a week and cardio 3-4 (was doing high intensity and lost muscle, now I'm going to do 30-40 minutes of low intensity 130-140bpm range) I also think having somewhat low carbs was to blame for my muscle loss...
I was prescribed
1) 40% protein/35% carbs/25% fats
2) 35% protein/35% carbs/30% fats
usually I eat more of a 45/25/30 but that hasn't been doing it in terms of muscle growth and fat loss...i was getting about 2000-2500 cals a day, now i'm upping to 3000-3500 a day (very clean bulk)
what do you guys recommend for someone like me? Thanks...
