CNS tingling feeling

Hey guys,

Lately I've been feeling weird tingling in my arms, legs or back. It usually happens after I workout. I think that I'm working out with too much intensity, because everytime I lift I always do high intensity. I read somewhere that when you lift too much overtraining causes fatigue on the CNS system which recovers slower than the actual muscles. Its not a strong tingling feeling, but its sorta like a static feeling within a limb or something.

I know this a pretty generic description, but I was thinking possibly it might be due to too much high intensity training too often. Just curious.
