Does anyone have any advice on different things to season chicken breast with? I've been using a knock off brand season salt for the last 8 months, it's good, but i want to try something new finally hah!
Montreal seasoning does it for me

I think boiling it lowers its nutritional value a bit, so i dont.does anyone boil there chicken first, then throw it on the grill for a few?
If you're baking your chicken breasts, coat them with some olive oil, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, a little salt, some garlic powder, and a dash of oregano. It has a lot more flavor than I expected.
I also use Emeril's or Montreal, can't really go wrong with those two.

Olive oil tastes great with spices, and is good for you if you correctly build it into your macro count.You don't really even have to coat the chicken w/ olive oil, the ingredients stay on the chicken w/out it.
