Looks like a good source of protein, Omega 3, and decent fiber. I rail down a huge portion once a week. Any comments?

nothing beats 3 oz barilla plus pasta with some 96% lean ground beef rolled into meatballs and baked with some pasta sauce and rice parmesan cheese. mmmmmmmmmm, i just made myself hungry:burg:
I eat a decent size bowl w/ some milk about 45 mins after my PWO shake on almost every workout day. Excellent stuff.
