Cost of tilapia

Is it true that tilapia is really cheap at costco, etc? I'm moving out next month and looking for REALLY cheap meat. I'm pretty much doing the broke college student thing, without a food hall, lol. This should actually work out to my advantage if I can get clean meats while cutting. I heard you can get several lbs for under $20.

Tiliapia is very cheap, especially when purchased frozen, although the fresh tastes better. I'm not sure of the price of it at Costco, but it's cheap in general.
