Have stopped working out for the past week and a half/ 2 weeks and lately I have been getting really hungry, like all the time. I will wake up more hungry then ever to the point where my stomach hurts, then I eat breakfast, an hour later starving, this goes on all day. Am going to start working out again next week, just wondering if anyone has any ideas, Am very hungry right now, to the point where it almost hurts.
