Its not really a question of different things to get you to 4000, your just goiong to have to eat more of the same things. You can play aorund with recipes but the items listed should be the bread and butter of your diet (if you want to get more cals in add a little extra skim milk into shakes, 4oz chicken can become 6, an extra egg or two, and so on.

If your getting sick of the food your eating play around with different spices and seasonings adjusted accordingly to your goals. Its not to difficult to take in that amount of food (but at the same time it does take a little bit of effort and will on your part) but you should be fine in getting to 4000 cals with those foods listed.

finding foods that are high in calories but low in fat is basically anything

you look at fat gram calories - 9 cals per gram
then carbs and protein - 4 cals per gram (both)

so just find things that are heavy in one, the other, or both! and yes that basically is everything almost... just eat more of it

the key though to bulking is a balanced intake... cutting out fats would never be a good idea

Speaking of almonds - I've been SERIOUSLY digging the jalepeno smokehouse almonds that Blue Diamond makes.

I found 'em at Super Target. May give those a shot.

oats lowish in fat and are carb dense so they'd be on your list

Put them in a coffee bean grinder if you add them to your shakes. It makes them much easier to drink.
