Fat: 48G
Protein: 20G
Im consuming roughly 3000 calories/day and I wanna bump it to 4k
All im basically eating is chicken, fish, beef, nuts, cottage cheese, broccoli, eggs, tuna, whole wheat bread/pasta, and my shakes (protein, carbs, banana, milk, yogurt).
Startin to get sick of it what are some foods i can eat that are high in calories and will allow me to get in 4k/day
I cheated on eating 2 big macs which totaled over 1k :hammer:
