    The last couple of days I've switched my first and second meals around, having fish or eggs with mixed veggies (brocc, green beans, cauliflower, carrots) as my first meal instead of second, and I do find that my energy seems to be higher in the key afternoon period of the day. The only problem arises in cooking up said food in a delirious morning state
