Was at wally world earlier today picking up what I needed before my contest this saturday. While I was there I decided to browse throw everything....I was bored as all get go as I have just been resting today and will do the same tomorrow other than my posing practice....
anyways, I came across this new brand (new to me) of grains called kangaroo. They have pre-opened sandwich pockets and a few other things. They have quite a few different varieties and types as well as tortilla wraps ect.....
You get 6- 6inch pre-opened pita pockets for $1.64. Each one is 4g protein, 16g carbs, 1g fat with 5g fiber each. I was like rock on. Can't wait to try that Sunday afternoon after I make some mean pancakes for breakfast!!!!!!!!!!
