I weigh 170lbs (bf=14%) and I go through at least 2 gallons a week of fat free milk. I make 1-2 shakes a day, I also eat cereal and drink a glass or 2 for dinner or at night. How much do you guys weigh and how much do you drink on an average day? Because of the sugar do you think I should cut back? I usually drink at least 2 servings every time I drink it.
