How much milk do you drink daily/weekly?

BTW..I suggest you buy Alan's new book and you wouldn't make the blanket statement that milk would be the sole suspect of fat gain.

Digestive problems in general are most often caused by low stomach acid and/or too much bad bacteria in the stomach.

Lactase only digests the sugar portion of milk (lactose). To digest milk proteins you need "chymosin" and some other enzymes which reduce as we age. Some dont have any at all. In fact studies have been shown that only Blood type "B" continue to be able to digest dairy to its fullest. As far as proteins are concerned we can digest fish, meats and eggs better than milk products. All the milk protein powders have been altered or pre-digested to make them easy to assimilate. Yogurts and cheese are also easyier to digest because of some processing. I not saying not to drink milk. But be aware of your body and reactions to what we put in it. If you have digestive issues like gas, bloating constipation or loose stools than your body is not assimilating your foods correctly.

Milk definitely has its place in a diet. I limit my intake during cutting being the super-endo I am I have to really watch sugar intake as I'm VERY carb sensitive. I use it in my pwo shakes and in my morning oats and thats about it during cutting season.

I drink mostly water but I have 1 shake in the am mixed with 14oz of milk, the after work out shake is mixed with 2oz yogurt/ 8 oz water, an a little bit of ice!

Bulking=about 1.5 gallons a week
Cutting= no milk at all. I use Bone Calcium pills to get my calcium during this phase.
