I have a fairly good idea(read: barely any idea at all)how to supplant my exercise with nutrition, but it is amazingly complicated, and to be honest it looks like I'd need to set aside hours just making things to eat. And majority of the time when I'm not here I'm either sleeping or on the road.
And especially since there isn't a wide variety of foods one can eat, it's all the more hard to choose meals.
Any suggestions? (aside from the obvious "kill yourself") :hammer:
