G'day, I'd like to start off by saying I'm new to the forum and this is my first post.
And my question, what is the difference between these two? Which is most suitable for bulking?
I was thinking of just throwing some oat bran into a whey shake to make a weight-gainer on-the-go, as it is comes in fine powdery form, and doesen't mix too badly.
So oat bran or outmeal?
