Pantothenic Acid, or Vitamin B5, is a component of conenzyme A (CoA) which is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids, and some amino acids. Pantothenic Acid also plays a role in the formation of antibodies, hemoglobin, hormones (e.g., growth, sex and stress), neurotransmitters (acetylcholine) and sterols. Pantothenic Acid in the form of CoA helps transport and metabolize fatty acids.

Well that's good to know LOL. Plus, it's been shown to have some anti-inflammatory properties (hence it's anecdotal use for acne).

A very good read. B-5 is actually good for a host of things and a very important ingredient in our new Product POSEIDON ;-)

it is always to good idea to take it and b6 along in addition with a multi b or multi vitamin to make sure you are getting your adequate dose of these two nutrients if you only rely on a multi for them.
