I don't know what is up w/ me lately, but I just can't seem to consistantly eat clean right now. I still get enough protein, but I find myself crabing junk food all the time right now. The only thing that I can think of is that I have not been getting enough sleep lately and maybe there is a correlation b/c I notice that when I am a lacking rest I tend to want lots of fatty foods and ice cream. Or maybe it's b/c I was cutting for about 3 months and I have given allowed myself to be a little more leniant w/ my diet.
