I was doing chest/biceps today and afterwards I ate then I went to take a shower when I noticed I had popped a blood vessel in my right eye.I was lifting heavy of course, because I feel light weights and aerobic dancing is for women.I'm not worried about it because I know this can happen from straining or even coughing or sneezing forcefully,just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this.
