Last meal

  1. Last meal

    Just curious when everyones last meal or snack is for the day.
    I usually have a protein shake around 11:00pm and go to sleep around midnight just wondering if thats okay.

  2. I eat around 9pm and go to bed around 10:30pm. sometimes take a spoonful of cottage cheese at 10:30pm. depends on your metabolism. it works for me.

  3. I'm not a big night-time shake fan. My last meal is almost always a whole meal. This gets very tiresome and is so annoying it's ridiculous, but I have found I make better gains this way.

  4. for me supposed to be 8 pm, but usually 9 pm because of gym being busy, and it is a big meal of whole foods.

  5. Cottage cheese and fish oil for me.

  6. Last meal is usually around 7:30 - 8 pm (meat and salad)

    My last meal varies really. It depends if im bulking or cutting. Cutting is usualy a shake with water and natty peanut butter with cinnamon.

    Bulking is usualy steak or a nice shake with milk and maybe some honey and cinnamon with oats or something tasty but still nutritious.

  9. My last meal is around 10:30, one scoop ultra peptide, one ounce almonds, 1/2 cup f.f. cottage cheese, and a medium grapefruit. Then I brush my teeth and hop into bed within 15-20 min. of eating.


  10. Around 11pm, 60g casein w/oats.

  11. I eat this approximately 30 minutes before I hop into bed.

    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil OR 1 handful of almonds
    4g fish oil

    If I am feeling really hungry though I'll eat some oatmeal too.

  12. 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 scoop lean dessert. Has many good fats, and multiple sources of protein, and the taste is not bad. Will soon have Sustain by DS. Hopefully it will taste good, and I will buy some more..

  13. 1-2servings FF Cottage Cheese (w/ SF jello powder mixed in or cinnamon & splenda) or 2 sticks light string cheese.
    1T Flax Oil or 1 serving Walnuts
    3 caps Fish Oil
    2 cups Skim Milk

    About 5 min before bed.

    Sometimes more carbs if I'm bulking.
