Hi everyone,

My girlfriend wants me to help her with her diet. Should I recommend to her that out of her dialy caloric intake, she take in 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbs?

This is what I do for muscle building, but is it the same for women?

By the way her goal is just to maintain overall health...her bodyfat and weight are perfect right now...she just wants to improve her diet.

Are these good ratios???
