Deli vs Prepackaged

Is deli meat better then the prepackaged lunch meat.?I was just curious if I am better of buying sliced turkey from the deli or is the prepackaged turkey fine?

pre packaged may give you a better reading on the nutrional content as it will have a actual label. Some delis will have specific readons on there meat (99% fat free chicken breasts sliced and so on) But if you can find pre packaged with a good nutrional profile your fine. Just be careful of sodium depending on goals
