Upper Limits on fiber?

Hey all...just curious what you thought about what the upper limits of fiber for one setting should be. I've been considering 2 servings of fiber one with 8 oz skim milk and a shake for PWO. The thing is i'm not sure how good 28g of fiber in one setting would be in my body.

a good rule of thumb to go by is between 1 and 1.5g fiber per 10g CHO

also why would you want fiber with your PWO shake? If anything you would want to avoid fiber in order to get nutrients into your body asap
 
I'am with McBurly - why fiber in Post -wo shake? but to answer your question you could take that much fiber at once, I'd drink a ton of water with it else you may feel gastric discomfort to to all that fiber scrapping the walls of your intenstinal track - you'll be cleaned out - that is for sure
