got some questions...Im searchin for a way to achieve optimal hormonal balance, while supplementing and with diet/exercise...I dont know exactly how to/ what to test in order to get a starting point....Im 36 yrs old, 6'5" and about 210...had 3 shoulder surgeries in the last year, so im still rehabbing from the last surgery for a torn rotator cuff (feb '06)
